Processing time
In-stock orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If an item has a different processing time, we’ll note it in the product description.

Shipping rates and delivery
Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times begin after your order has shipped and are estimates provided by the carrier.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow a little time for the carrier’s first scan to appear.

Address changes and delivery issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us through our website as soon as possible. If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows a delivery issue, please reach out so we can help look into it.
