Please carefully review your selected size, color, style, and other options before placing your order. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections or changing of mind after an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right. Photos of the item may be requested.

Berry & Bow Co. is not responsible for normal wear and tear, damage caused after delivery, or items that have been washed, worn, altered, or otherwise used.
